The Lakeside Harbor Easement

The Lakeside Harbor Easement is what is different about our community than others. We have an easement that runs down every person's property on Lakeside Harbor. This easement is to be maintained occasionally; however, we all manage it together.

Be prepared to invest funds to update the road in the future as we continue to have construction projects on the street that have caused some damage.

RULES:

• Please respect this easement, including into the waters of Lake Worth, as stated in the original Property Easement Deed (see right).
• The easement may be extended into the waters of Lake Worth should a government agency approve submissions for such actions.
• Any items in blocking this easement extension may be impacted directly should this extension be sought, without consent of any items in it's path.
