The Lakeside Harbor Dock

The Lakeside Harbor Dock is one of the crown jewels to the community. It's peaceful. It's private. It's a nice place to hang out. There are a few rules to keep in mind as well as some history. To the right you'll see buttons to download or view documents related to some important historical facts.

Rules: 

• Please leave the dock in as good of shape or better than you found it, every time you use it.
• You do have the ability to access the water both from the dock or the easement (see documents to the right). Please keep in mind that there is private property nearby. When you use the easement to enter the water, you'll need to follow the easement to the Mean High Water mark so that you are not affecting other properties. You may kayak, swim, fish, and other sporting activities in the water as long as you follow the above rule.
• Because the dock is private property, please do not allow individuals outside the community without being personally present.
